Visiting Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise today

  • What it is: An island leisure complex in Yokohama with the Aqua Resorts aquariums (four facilities), amusement rides, shops, a hotel and a marina. Opened 1993.
  • Getting there: Keikyu Line to Kanazawa-Hakkeijima Station, then the Kanazawa Seaside Line to Hakkeijima Station on the island.
  • Hours: Vary by date; on 27 October 2026 the Aqua Museum ran 10:00–17:00 (closing 17:30). Check the official calendar.
  • Admission: One Day Pass (aquariums plus rides): adult 16+ ¥5,900, child 6–15 ¥4,300, 4–5 ¥2,600. Aqua Resorts Pass (aquariums only): ¥3,500 / ¥2,200 / ¥1,200.
  • Tip: Keikyu's Sea Paradise ticket bundles a return train, Seaside Line day pass and Aqua Resorts Pass (adult ¥3,580 from Yokohama).
