Visiting Yokohama Air Cabin today
- What it is: An urban ropeway carrying 8-person cabins about 40 m above the harbour between Sakuragicho and the Shinko district. Opened April 2021; the ride takes about 5 minutes.
- Getting there: Sakuragi-cho Station is just in front of JR Sakuragicho Station; the other end is Unga Park Station in the Shinko district.
- Hours: 10:00–21:00 on 27 October 2026; hours vary and service can stop for weather.
- Admission: One-way: adult (12+) ¥1,000, child (3–11) ¥500. Round trip ¥1,800 / ¥900. Set tickets with the Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel are discounted.
- Tip: Ride after dark for the lit-up Minato Mirai skyline, and buy one-way to continue on foot along the waterfront.
