Hula Skirts, Dance

The Hawaiian dancing boom is still going strong in Japan. (The town of Obama, even welcomed the US President on his visit, with Hawaiian dance in November 2009.)

Hawaiian dancing is not only a lovely form of dance but also really beneficial for the health. It probably is also a great way for Japanese housewives and office ladies to get together to socialise during the day and into the evening as well.

So it is no surprise to see that there is plenty of choice of Hawaiian costumes on Amazon Japan. This one is really pretty.

I quite like this one too.

I also picked this one as a favourite.

I suppose the sizing of Hawaiian skirts is easier to guess than buying regular clothes online? What are your thoughts? Do you like buying clothes online?

Do you like Hula dancing? Let us know on Shibuya246.
For us, Hawaii is a favourite destination.
