Visiting Sanrio Puroland today

  • What it is: An indoor theme park of Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters, with shows, a parade, rides and character greetings. Open since 1990.
  • Getting there: Keio or Odakyu Tama Center Station, then a short walk straight from the station. About 30 minutes from Shinjuku by Keio Line express.
  • Hours: Vary by day (for example 9:30–17:00 on 27 October 2026). Check the official schedule.
  • Admission: Day passport varies by date: adult (18–64) from ¥3,900, child (3–17) and senior from ¥2,800. Afternoon passport (from 14:00) from ¥2,800. Age 2 and under free.
  • Tip: The official e-passport is cheaper than the on-day window, and window buyers also need a visit reservation.
