Visiting Ghibli Park today

  • What it is: A Studio Ghibli park spread across five areas inside Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park, including Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Mononoke Village and the Valley of Witches.
  • Getting there: Linimo to Ai-Chikyuhaku-Kinen-Koen Station (Exit 2); the park is just outside. Meitetsu shuttle buses also run from Nagoya's Meitetsu Bus Center.
  • Hours: Check the official calendar for opening days and times; most areas require entry by 16:30.
  • Admission: O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium (all five areas): adult ¥7,300 weekdays, ¥7,800 weekends; child (4–12) ¥3,650 / ¥3,900, plus a service charge. Online only, not sold at the park.
  • Tip: Tickets go on sale on the 10th at 14:00 JST, two months ahead. Since 1 July 2026, same-day Valley of Witches building tickets need an exchange voucher.

Much of the park is outdoors and spread out; spring and autumn are best for walking between areas.
