Visiting Nagashima Spa Land today

  • What it is: A large amusement park known for big roller coasters such as Steel Dragon 2000, Hakugei and Arashi, part of the Nagashima Resort with hot springs and an outlet mall.
  • Getting there: Direct bus from Nagoya's Meitetsu Bus Center (4F, platform 22) to the Nagashima Onsen stop, fastest about 50 minutes. No reservation needed.
  • Hours: October 2026: weekdays mostly 9:30–16:30, some weekends 9:30–17:00, and late-evening days to 19:30. Hours change with weather.
  • Admission: Entry only: adult ¥1,800. Passport (entry plus unlimited rides): adult ¥6,000, elementary ¥4,500, preschool ¥2,800, 65+ ¥3,000; adult ¥4,200 after 15:00.
  • Tip: Nabana no Sato's winter illumination (from 18 October) is nearby, so you can ride by day and see lights in the evening.
