Tokyu is a department store. In Shibuya they have a couple of buildings for their store and this was set up in the walkway between 2 of them.
I have a friend whose daughter is nuts over Hello Kitty. She’d have a seizure if she saw that.
She needs to save up and visit Japan 😉
