I have tried the Pepsi Mont Blanc (reviewed it here: http://japanesesnackreviews.blogspot.com/2010/10/pepsi-mont-blanc.html), and mainly, it resembles cream soda with a hint of chestnut. I think the vanilla in it and the sweetness is what brings cream soda to mind.
I haven’t even seen the houjicha KitKats, but I’d like to try them if I run across them. In terms of flavors of KitKats they haven’t tried, I don’t think they’ve done a mint one!
Why couldn’t this be out instead of Evangelion when I was in Tokyo this summer?
Love the Mont Blanc Pepsi. Ordered a few bottles through JBox.
If you’ve had Coca Cola Blak (Coca Cola & Coffee blended soda), it’s pretty much the same. (A review for CCBlak I had read ages ago, even said CCB tasted like Mont Blanc.) I’ve been looking for a way to recreate it since Coca Cola took it off the market, so Mont Blanc Pepsi is fitting the bill quite nicely in the meantime.
Really want those K-On! Cocoas; are the cups disposable, or can they be used multiple times?
