Good luck charms from Kyoto Jishu Shrine

Jishu Shrine is located within the grounds of Kiyomizudera, a famous Temple in Kyoto

Looking past the prayers offered for fortune in love over at one of the other historical buildings in the background

The color and style of architecture is always amazing at this Shrines and Temples

A simple but well organised Shrine

Beautiful decoration on the lights

There are two love fortune telling rocks like this one. I was told a person should walk between the two rocks with their eyes closed to see whether they can find true love

Smoke blowing in the wind at one of the Shrines within Kiyomizudera

Walking down the steps after visiting Jishu Shrine

A warm green tea to relax

Great pics! I pulled up my Kyoto pics from May and I’ve got several of the same pics including the matcha tea and snack! Did you buy the little cup for drinking the water down the steps?
