Ginza Cats

  Jul 11th, 2010

On the weekends you can walk down the main street in the Ginza without any traffic. These cats took advantage of the quiet roads to get some time out on top of one of the street signs.

  1. Lovely pictures and beautiful cats, but they clearly were not happy with all of the attention given the way they were laying back their ears!

  5. These cats are so cute! There are cats everywhere in Japan – in the parks, in alleys, on windowsills… And they’re all friendly and seem happy and well-fed. Though I’m sure lots of them are street cats.

We saw some cats near the Metropolitan Building in Shinjuku. They were near some homeless guys, but they had little bowls of water and food, and were very curious about us. There were some in Ueno Park, some near Bentendo, about five different ones in an alley near our hotel in Himeji… there were heaps more, I can’t remember right now.

    Who owns these cats?

  6. even im not like cat (im prefer dog than cat)…but the photos is very cute they are!
