Chibi Maruko chan has center stage at Lawson right now, with a big ‘Nostalgia’ promotion. Time to get down to your local conbini and pick up some old time favorite treats.

I reviewed the Chibi Maruko-chan marshmallow purin chocolates today, and they were fine, but too sweet for me. They do carry the right “purin” (flan with burnt caramel sauce) flavor. I have to give Tirol credit for having a decent formula, if one that overdid the sugar! The edamame chips are a winner! I think I reviewed them last year and was pleased with them. 🙂
Just saw your review now. Very nice. Thanks
