Those curves leading up to the shapes of the buildings are so feminine but strong at the same time. Looks like the perfect place for an afternoon/lunchbreak kip. I planned to visit them the day after I came to Tokyo last year, then going to Nihonbashi and finally Ginza. But I overslept, and only went to the gardens at 3 PM. At that time, the light was already low, it felt like it was late afternoon already, so not the best conditions to take photos. I also rushed a bit through Marunouchi and Nihonbashi, and the night was already falling when I arrived at Ginza. But that was nice. All those neon lights... :) Ah, the Imperial palace gardens !
