Solar Eclipse

The Solar Eclipse that occurred today was hard to see for most due to the bad weather at the time. A number of keen photographers from Japan did manage to get some stunning shots of the eclipse though. Well done guys. These photos are great to see.

There are many more photos on flickr from people who captured the solar eclipse. Some of them are very interesting and worth a quick look.

What an amazing bunch of photos. Especially the one taken by emrank. It looks like an errie yinyang effect with the clouds covering everything. Also that one on flickr all captured in red, spectacular. Did you get any photos? I'm sure you did right?

I actually didnt get any photos myself. With the rain coming down in Tokyo I decided not to take the camera out. Instead I went to Tokyo station later in the afternoon and got some shots of the Pokemon Shinkansen 🙂
