now that goes back a bit. Technology does move at a fast pace doesn't it. :) I was just looking at some technology that can print video to the written page. You will actually be able to the pages of the book and watch the video instead of the photos.

Heck, I've got one of the original karaoke machines with the dual cassette decks. Hav e had it for about 15or16 years now. It still works. It also has an AM-FM radio also. At that time you could buy pre recorded tapes and then insert a blank tape and record at the same time.
My how times and technology have changed. Karaoke has never really caught in here.

Karaoke, Keeping it quiet...

The home Karaoke boom never really took off as strong as the Karaoke box one. Maybe people were worried about making too much noise and disturbing the neighbors. Here is an idea from Japan Trust Technology that keeps your Karaoke super quiet....

Very good idea. I had a friend who built a custom room in their apartment to play the violin. It was expensive, but deemed necessary.

It does seem to defeat the purpose doesn't it. I guess you can't have it all your own way if you live close to the neighbors. xD

I bought a similar Yamaha critter for my trumpet, with headphones, so I could practice and not wake up the other people in my very old Kyoto apartment.
