A few quick shots of the area around Shibuya Station on a beautiful Spring morning.

Always a lot of people about near the Scramble Crossing, morning and night.
Plenty of neon signs and advertising boards. Recently they have not been as full as before. Maybe the economic conditions are preventing companies from placing such big bets on advertising.

Lots of empty taxis about recently. Must be hard to make a living driving a taxi when the economy turns down. Good for customers since easy to find a taxi. In central Tokyo it seems like there is always a taxi available for hire.
It has been a good year for the Sakura. Without any sudden warm weather and no rain storms the Sakura have had a chance to bloom slowly and stay for a while. Good to see.

Meeting place at Hachiko is so natsukashii – I have met so many people there!
Everyday it looks different, but it never changes!
Some nice shots there. Most snaps I see of Shibuya are normally at night time with the flashing lights. Nice to see some good daytime ones 🙂
Thanks
I'll try and take some more during the day. thinking of buying a new camera but can't decide whether it should be a Canon or Nikon.
